Langworth
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Langworth is a small village in Lincolnshire about 7 miles north-east of Lincoln in the United Kingdom.
The central spine of the village is the A158 Lincoln - Skegness road, on which are two public houses, a village store/post office and two garages.
There was once a railway station, but this has long since closed. The railway line still runs, however, through the village, crossing the A158 at a level crossing.
Langworth Boulter's School closed in 1989, when its pupils transferred to the newly-built Ellison Boulters school in neighbouring Scothern.
