Landgrove is a town in Bennington County, Vermont, United States. The population was 144 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 23.6 km² (9.1 mi²), all land.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 144 people, 64 households, and 44 families residing in the town. The population density was 6.1/km² (15.8/mi²). There were 153 housing units at an average density of 6.5/km² (16.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 99.31% White and 0.69% Asian.

There were 64 households out of which 35.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.4% were married couples living together, 6.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.3% were non-families. 28.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.25 and the average family size was 2.73.

In the town the population was spread out with 23.6% under the age of 18, 2.1% from 18 to 24, 23.6% from 25 to 44, 37.5% from 45 to 64, and 13.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 45 years. For every 100 females there were 100.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.4 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $38,750, and the median income for a family was $55,625. Males had a median income of $71,250 versus $31,250 for females. The per capita income for the town was $34,929. There were 7.4% of families and 15.7% of the population living below the poverty line, including 23.8% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
