Lamerd

Lamerd (known also as Terakmeh, Tarakmeh, or Tarakuma) is a city in the southern part of Fars province in Iran (53° 10’ 47” E, 27° 20’ 5” N), with around 25,000 population. Its main industries are based on its rich gas sources. Tabnak, Homa, Shanol, Varavi are important Gas Zones in Lamerd. It has a dry hot climate. There is an airport in Iran with the same name, with the code LFM. asir in mohr township is an oldest land in this area with some attraction
