The Lamas Province is one of 10 provinces of the San Martín Region in northern Peru.

Its capital is Lamas. It borders the Loreto Region in the north, the San Martín Province in the east, the Picota Province in the south, and the provinces of El Dorado and Moyobamba in the west. It has a population of approximately 80,000. The total area measures an area of 5,040.67 km2.
