Lamar Lavantha Lathon (born December 23, 1967 in Wharton, Texas), is a former American professional football player who was selected by the Houston Oilers in the 1st round (15th overall) of the 1990 NFL Draft. A 6'3", 249 lbs. linebacker from the University of Houston, Latham played in nine NFL seasons from 1990-1998 for the Oilers and Carolina Panthers.
In 1996, Lathon recorded 13.5 sacks for the Panthers and was a Pro Bowl selection.
