This article is part of WikiProject Colorado, an effort to create, expand, organize, and improve Colorado-related articles to a feature-quality standard.

Removed the line "and reputedly the first enclosed indoor shopping mall in America." I can find no citation to support this, numerous claims that suggest other malls were opened earlier.
