The Lakes-to-Sea Highway was an auto trail in the Northeast U.S., running from Erie, Pennsylvania (on Lake Erie) southeast via Harrisburg and Philadelphia to Atlantic City, New Jersey (on the Atlantic Ocean - the "sea"). It was originally designated Pennsylvania Route 5 in 1924[1] and Route 3 in New Jersey in 1916.

The highway roughly followed the following present routes:

It ran along the William Penn Highway between Water Street and Hershey.
