Lake City High School

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lake City High School is located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and has over 1,000 students and roughly 70 faculty, being the largest high school in Coeur d' Alene. In 2006 it ranked top in Idaho for football, and is one of few schools to be a Grammy Winner for its choral department. The school colors are teal and navy blue, and its symbol is the timberwolf. Recently, in the 2007 State Championship, the Girls Basketball Team managed to pull out a victory. The school was ranked top in Idaho for football in 2006 because of the amazing, yet, slightly easy wins during the 2006 playoffs and their 31-6 State Championship win at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow, Idaho against the Highland Rams. All eyes will be on the varsity team as they try to win Lake City's third State Championship title. You can obviously tell by reading this article that the kids of Lake City are full of themselves and don't know a lot about anything. The rival high school, Coeur d' Alene High has a much higher graduation ratio than Lake City, and since it doesn't focus all of its time on pointless football wins, CHS actually has passing athletes.
