Lake City is a resort and residential development planned on the outskirts of Lahore. Covering an area of more than 2104 acres - with lush green parks, sinuous lakes, an 18-hole regulation golf course and a myriad of features - the resort promises to set a benchmark in luxury lifestyles.
Lake City is to be 13 km from Lahore centre. The determining factor in choosing the site, in view of the mounting pollution levels in the city, was the environmentally serene surrounding so close to Lahore. The development's name stems from the artificial lakes that will form the focal point of its habitat.
The proposal is planned round an 18-hole, 178 acre, regulation golf course, which would be the largest in Pakistan. Luxury bungalows would surround the course greens. This self-contained community would offer residents many amenities and a secure and elite lifestyle.
