The Laing Art Gallery in Newcastle Upon Tyne in North East England is located on New Bridge Street. It was founded in 1901, and opened in 1904.

It hosts many different types of artwork, including oil painting, watercolours, glass, ceramics (including Maling pottery), and also contemporary art by up and coming artists.

In front of the gallery is the Blue Carpet.
