LaFayette Emmett

LaFayette Emmett of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, Father-in-law of Miguel Antonio Otero (II). He was Minnesota territory attorney general, 1853-58 and chief justice of Minnesota state supreme court from 1858 to 1865.
