I'm Lillian, a homeschooling mom with a love for writing and editing. I use Wikipedia frequently, but can be found editing as an administrator at wikiHow.

I studied broadcast journalism, creative writing, Japanese, and political science at the University of Utah, graduating with a B.A. in Communications. I now homeschool my three children and work in family game sales and real estate photography, and will soon be back in "school" to get my real estate license. I have been known to read grammar books for fun. I also enjoy online roleplay gaming and am a proud member of the Orgrimmar Knitting Club.

Years ago, when first introduced to fantasy fiction, I pronounced that "I can write something better than this!" That fateful statement should serve as a warning to be careful what you say, as I have since stumbled into writing a fantasy trilogy.

On May 2, 2006, my parents' house - where my kids and I had also been living - burned in a fast-moving fire and we lost almost everything we owned. It has been quite an experience, but surprisingly more positive than negative! After all, everyone was safe and the rest is just stuff anyway, right? Everyone seems to think I'm nuts for thinking that way, but it sure beats sitting around crying over burned furniture. We are all very grateful for the wonderful support of friends and family, and all those who have helped us get back on our feet following this personal disaster.
