Lady Rose Victoria Brigitte Louise Windsor (born 1 March 1980) is the younger daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, formerly Birgitte Eva van Deurs of Denmark.
Lady Rose was born at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London. She attended St. George's School, Ascot.
She is currently 22nd in the line of succession to the British Throne.
Had Letters Patent not been issued in 1917 she would have been born titled "Her Highness Princess Rose of Gloucester" but since the king only permitted those titles to his children and male line grandchildren, great grandchildren would no longer enjoy the title of Princess and would be styled as daughters of Dukes, so instead of being Princess Rose she was born titled Lady Rose.
