Lady Mi (麋夫人) was the first wife of Liu Bei during the Three Kingdoms period in China. She was also the sister of Mi Zhu and Mi Fang, two loyal servants of Tao Qian who later served Liu Bei.
In the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms during the Battle of Changban, she was lost in the midst of the battle and was injured together with Liu Bei's infant son Liu Shan. When Zhao Yun went alone in search of his lord's wife and son, he found the two by a well.
Zhao Yun urged her join him on his horse and escape with Liu Shan, but she refused, not wishing to burden him. Leaving Liu Shan in Zhao Yun's hands, Lady Mi cast herself into the well.
