Lady Heather's Box is a special 90-minute episode of the popular American crime drama series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. It is the fifteenth episode from the third series set in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lady Heather, from "Slaves of Las Vegas", is back when another of her employees is discovered to be a homicide victim. Catherine has major problems of her own when her daughter Lindsey calls her at a crime scene in a panic after her father, Eddie Willows, has been murdered.
