Lady Cai is known as the woman who renounced Chingchou, (otherwise known as Jingzhou), to Huang Zu.

She was Huang Zu's second wife, who opposed the leadership of the crown prince of Jingzhou, Liu Qi. She was the sister of Cai Mao, who later served Cao Cao. She was a very shrewd woman that seemed as if she was in control of Jingzhou.
