Lady Andal Venkatasubbarao MHSS

Lady Andal Venkatasubbarao Matriculation Higher Secondary School (shortly referred to as Lady Andal) is an academic institution located in Chetpet, Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India. The school follows the Montessori philosophy. It is well known for encouraging overall development of the student rather than focusing solely on academics. The school is named after Late Lady M. Andal Venkatasubba Rao. The school lies within the campus of the Madras Seva Sadan, a charitable institution started by Lady Andal and her husband, Sir M. Venkatasubba Rao. The school is run by Mrs Prema Kumar, who is the correspondent. The Principal is Mrs. Vijaya Srinivasan. It has approximately 1400 students from the Activity Centre to class 12.
