LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch is an upscale shopping venue in Greater Katy in Fort Bend County, Texas, Texas. It is located at the intersection Cinco Ranch Boulevard and Grand Parkway. A beautiful fountain attracts visitors to the center of the shopping area where people can sit on benches and enjoy looking around at the various shops and dining areas within La Centerra. The grand opening celebration for Phase I was March 1, 2007, although only about 50% of the stores opened. It is anticipated that tenant occupancy will rise to 90% by July 2007.

Phase I opened March 1, 2007 with 170,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 90,000 sq. ft. of office space. Phase II is scheduled for completion Fall 2008 and will include an additional 160,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 230 residential living units offering 230,000 sq. ft. of living area.
