Is it correct to call it a book? My understanding was that La Géométrie was an appendix to a philosophical work of Descartes'. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by BRG (talkcontribs) 18:03, 4 June 2003 (UTC)

This is also suggested by Bertrand Russell's History of Western Philosophy, and supported by [1], so I changed it. -- Jitse Niesen (talk) 21:21, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
