La Marquise is a famous electric guitar, that belongs to French rock guitar star Jean-Pierre Danel.
This rare 1956 Fender Stratocaster Fiesta Red is famous since it appeared on the sleeves of his smash hit albums Guitar Connection 1 & 2.
The guitar bears serial number 11 218. Auctions showed such instruments being sold for 50 to 65 000 US $.
Jean-Pierre Danel owns another famous guitar, Miss Daisy, a rare 1954 Fender Stratocaster.
