La Aurora International Airport (IATA: GUA, ICAO: MGGT) serves Guatemala City, Guatemala and is located 6km south of Guatemala City's centre. It is administered by the Direccion General de Aeronautica Civil and is Guatemala's busiest and largest airport, followed by Mundo Maya International Airport near Flores, Petén.
La Aurora Airport will be going through some expansions, to provide a better service to passengers and airlines, so it will be able to accept a greater number flights and larger aircraft.
