Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

As an aging widower begins suffering from heart trouble; his greedy heirs hope to speed him on his way by hiring a super-seductive nurse, Anna (Andress), to get his pulse racing. Their plan backfires, though, as the young beauty begins to fall in love with the old man.

At one point, while trying to get a beer after hours, Anna is forced to pay for her drinks with her clothing - one piece of clothing for each beer. By the end of the night she is completely naked in the bar and, when the bartender tries to get her to have sex with him, she runs off completely naked with only her high heels.
