Needless. The update was genuine. L1v3rp00l 20:16, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Name change?

Hi, are you User:James Rawlinson, by any chance? (Image:Bank Hall Station.jpg made me wonder!) It's not really a problem (as that account hasn't contributed anything since this one was created), but you should probably be open about it and mention it on your user page to avoid trouble later. Thanks, RFBailey 16:32, 19 June 2006 (UTC)

Yep, that's me. I was a little fed up of the last account, especially as it displayed my own name, so changed it to this. I'll mention it on the user page if necessary. What 'trouble' could occur? L1v3rp00l 17:07, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
If you were using both accounts simultaneously, then some people might acuuse you of being a sockpuppet, especially if you were involved in a contentious debate. (For some reason, railway articles seem to turn into contentious debates, and I know you've written quite a bit about railways.) A user having more than one account isn't generally regarded as a good thing. Also, two accounts displaying similar behaviour can arouse suspicions, even when these are completely unfounded! Just be open about it, then no-one can ever accuse you of covering things up. Just say "I used to be User:James Rawlinson but got fed up with it" on your user page and everything should be fine. Other than that, don't worry about it! --RFBailey 21:11, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
