Lúpin

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lúpin is a small comic book (historieta) from Argentina by Guillermo Guerrero and Héctor Mario Sidoli. The hero's name, Lúpin, is "looping" spelled in Spanish. The monthly features the air adventures of its pilot hero, as well as other strips with regular characters, usually with a technical or scientific bent. The magazine also includes plans for building aircraft models, simple electronic devices, telescopes, and other gizmos. Although never a huge popular success, it recently celebrated its 40th anniversary, and there isn't a nerd or pilot in Argentina who isn't aware of it.
