KZRO-FM Radio 100.1 (aka known as Z100fm or The Z-Channel) is a classic rock formatted station based in Mount Shasta, California (city of license is Dunsmuir, California). KZRO's general manager Dennis Michaels broadcasts two weekday shows daily, the DENNIS MICHAELS DOG AND PONY SHOW 6-10AM, and THE ROCK SHOW from 6PM-8PM with only two commercial breaks per hour M-F 24/7. Morning show features goofy stories, daily featured listener email, requests, Dick Clark's Music Calendar, Prime Comedy Cut, Stupid News, CNN News and more. KZRO-FM is Northern California's CNN Radio affiliate with weekday five minute newscasts at 8AM, 10AM, 12PM, 2PM and 5PM and hourly updates at the bottom of each hour 24/7.


KZRO is broadcast worlwide on the web at Z-Channel Radio.com using Windows Media and Shoutcast MP4aac parametric stereo.


Weathercasts air at the bottom of each hour with meteorologist Tom Churchill.


KZRO-FM has been granted a Construction Permit from the FCC to increase its power to 100,000 Watts which will cover nearly 300,000 persons in the Redding, California Arbitron radio market.
