I deleted the page because it read like an advertising piece. One thing that made it seem like that was the focus on Microsoft and Microsoft-affiliated external links. Wikipedia is not a linkfarm, and it is general practice to only include external links that add a lot of value to an article. (see WP:EL) Also, I got the impression, perhaps mistakenly, that it was written by someone with a Conflict of interest. You are welcome to work on the article at User:Kzahmed/Office Business Systems, and I can undelete the content and move it there if you would like.
