Kyper

Kyper, born Randall S. Kiper was an electro hop rapper based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His most successful output was in the late 1980s with a string of club hits including Conceited, XTC, Tic-Tac-Toe, Throw Down, and Spin the Bottle. Kyper's success had an early end as rap and dance headed toward a more gangster sound in the early nineties. His most successful hit, Tic-Tac-Toe Charted in the Billboard top-40 and got him a deal with Atlantic Records.
