Kyle Garvey is an 18-year-old American male. He is of a liberal, pragmatic, and atheistic persuasion but tends to stay away from discussing any polemical subjects for various reasons. Kyle enjoys the films Little Miss Sunshine, The Science of Sleep, and The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou; the music of Sufjan Stevens, Broken Social Scene, and the Eels; the comic strips Blondie and Get Fuzzy; the television shows Scrubs and Six Feet Under; the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas; and the books of Dave Eggers and David Foster Wallace. He admires publications like the New Yorker and the New York Times for their quality of writing. In fact, he hopes he can be a writer himself someday, though it would more likely be in fiction than in journalism. He is currently attending Wright State University.
