Kyle Kaplan

Kyle Joseph Kaplan (born July 16, 1990) is an American actor.
Kaplan was born in Los Angeles, California. He toured with Jim Henson's Bear and the Big Blue House Live! across the U.S. and United Kingdom for ten months. He also performed at the Los Angeles Stage Ovation Awards in 2004. He is a member of a comedy improvisation troupe in Los Angeles.
Kaplan's current focus is on television and film, and he had a role in NBC's Grand Union pilot, which starred Greg Grunberg. He has appeared in several national commercials, including Wendy's restaurants, Yahoo!, Cingular Wireless, Simon Malls, and Dairy Queen. He has a recurring role in Disney's Hannah Montana. In 2006, he also appeared in The Bernie Mac Show, CSI: Miami, and Zoey 101. In April 2006, he completed filming on Chris Elliott's semi-autobiographical sitcom pilot "You've Reached the Elliotts" in a series regular role playing the star's son. He filmed his 3rd pilot (in less than a year) in September, 2006, as the son of actor/comedian/writer Tim Stack in the "Tim Stack's Family Vacation", a hybrid comedy (part scripted, part improv) being produced for Nick at Nite.
Kaplan can currently be seen in the recurring role of Monte on the Fox sitcom "The War at Home", and makes a guest appearance in the upcoming Fox sitcom "The Winner" starring Rob Corddry. He will appear in the upcoming Owen Wilson comedy "Drillbit Taylor", due in theaters in the summer of 2007.
