KXOF-CA channel 39 is a low powered FOX affiliate in Laredo, Texas, owned by Entravision Communications.
Under the ownership of "Aracelia Ortiz, Executrix of the Estate Of Carlos Ortiz" (co-founders of La Familia Network and Fe-TV), it broadcasted programming from TBN Enlace USA 24 hours a day, as KNEZ-CA. In March 2007, the station was acquired by Entravision, owners of KLDO-TV and KETF-CA, with the intent to affiliate the station with the Fox network. This would be Laredo's first local Fox affiliate since 2002, when XHLAR-TV flipped from Fox to programming from Televisa.
