KWSU-TV channel 10 in Pullman, Washington and KTNW channel 31 in Richland, Washington are a simulcasting pair of PBS member stations covering southeastern Washington and north central Idaho.
KWSU's studios are located in the Murrow Communications Center on WSU's main campus in Pullman, while KTNW's studios are located on the WSU Tri-Cities campus in Richland.

KWSU and KTNW are operated by Washington State University. KWSU signed on the air on September 24, 1962 as KWSC-TV, becoming KWSU-TV in the 1970s.
KTNW made its debut on October 18, 1987. Prior to 1987, channel 31 was KTRX-TV, based in Kennewick, Washington, which was on the air briefly in the late-1950s.
