KWG

KWG is a an AM radio station in Stockton, USA at 37° 57' 33.84" N, 121° 15' 31.68" E. KWG is one of the oldest broadcasting stations in USA working on 1230 kHz. KWG used until Mid Ninties as antenna a T-antenna, which was mounted on two 60 metre tall wooden poles and was therefore one of the last broadcasting stations using wooden antenna towers. After the replacement of these poles, by a modern mast radiator in Mid Ninties, he tops of these poles were scrapped. Meanwhile these poles are demolished completely.
