Kvetch is also a Yiddish word meaning, roughly, to complain.

The kvetch of Discworld are a Fantasy Species which live mostly in Mouldavia. Not much is known about them, aside from the fact that they're covered in hair. Hearing this bit of information, Ankh-Morpork City Watch Commander Sam Vimes acerbically remarks that they will no doubt learn a great deal more about them when one asks to join the Watch.

Filo Kvetch was a Soupy Sales character. Howard Stern, a Soupy Sales fan, referred to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's new baby as Shiloh Kvetch on his June 7, 2006 radio show.

Kvetch is a play by Steven Berkoff.
