- Kuznetsk was also the name of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Oblast, from 1929 to 1931.
Kuznetsk (Russian: Кузне́цк) is a town in Penza Oblast, Russia. Population: 92,050 (2002 Census); 98,588 (1989 Census).
