Kutubdia is located at 21.8167° N 91.8583° E . It has 14463 units of house hold and total area 215.8 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^GRBangladeh, Kutubdia has a population of 95055. Males constitute are 51.66% of the population, and females 48.34%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 41755.
