It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

This will be a semi-automated account, but in full control by User:Kungfuadam. It will take yesterday's category from proposed deletion, check the articles in that category, and apend a message similar to this:

An article that you created, [[:{{{1}}}]], was proposed for deletion, probably yesterday. Please review the policy on proposed deletion and feel free to comment on the article's talk page. If no contest is made, the article will be deleted in four days from today.

I just want to make the edits under this account because they will be repetitive and I want to do them quickly. The bot should run daily starting at 00:10 UTC.
