Kuno von Moltke

Lieutenant General Count Kuno von Moltke (1847-1923), adjutant to Kaiser Wilhelm II and military commander of Berlin, was a principal in the homosexual scandals that rocked the Kaiser's inner circle in 1907 known as the Harden-Eulenburg Affair.
