- MGR is filing his nomination form for the assembly elections and the person on the right -behind of mgr is Mr.Ramu the eldest son of MGR's brother M.G.Chakrapani - all i know is that it was taken in the General Hospital and MGR is filing his nomination for the Elections which brought Annadurai as the chief minister of tamil nadu...

thanks ganesh i would love to join the project and i have loads of pictures at home to be uploaded - i will be uploading it periodically - is there something special i can do for wikipedia because i have sources to collect information about Tamil Nadu politics especially during the period from 1950's onwards - thanks once again ganesh...

For the photos to appear in Tamil Wikipedia or any other wikipedia, you must upload it to commons: first. After that we can use it in any wikipedia. the problem is i dont know the tamil language but i will upload it all the pictures in commons: - thank you for your response .. i have a doubt - how do i ensure someone does not delete the pictures i uploaded already - please help me regarding that - they are all valuable and i spent a great deal of time to upload them - thank u -pls see the picture in uploaded in commons: Image:N10.jpg.

That picture is great too. Not a problem if you can't read Tamil. Nobody will delete images from commons unless it's a copyright violation. Even if somebody deletes it, there will be backups taken and we can bring them back if copyright violation is disproved. Hello. I noticed you uploaded a rather large collection of photos to the M. G. Ramachandran article, and they are all tagged as being creations of yours. In that case, you selected the wrong license for them. You are not the creator of the work, your father is. If you don't mind my asking, is your father still alive? Would he vouch for having taken all of these pictures? Would he vouch for releasing them to the public domain? Does he understand the consequences of this? For that matter, do you? Releasing them to the public domain means essentially that he is giving up all rights to the images. It's often a reasonable approach, and I thank both you and your father if this is what has been done, but some people prefer to exercise some rights over the pictures they have taken. --Yamla 16:54, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

My father has given most of the pictures to me and i have scanned it and put it on wikipedia for the sake of the people of the world. There is no violation of any copyright and i can vouch for that. If there is any mistake in the lisence i am willing to change the lisence for all the pictures i have uploaded... please advise on what lisence i should select. both me and my father are aware of the consequences of releasing the pictures in wikipedia - public domain. thank you for your time and patience.....(Kumarrajendran 02:47, 19 November 2006 (UTC))
