• Currently manage application development and maintenance projects worth $4.5 million per annum for Verizon Communications in the area of ordering and billing in the states of NY/NE/NPD with a team of more than 50 onshore and offshore members. INFOSYS TECH. LIMITED Projects & Accomplishments:

• Consistently receive exceptional ratings and feedback in all areas (client and performance), which included being rated as one of the best off-shoring experiences ever by the client.

• Established and maintained a high offshore onsite ratio, kept operating margins above 32% in a challenging business environment, and initiated and closed two new projects valued at approximately $1.5 million.

• Generated a 180-degree turn-around in customer satisfaction (from “dissatisfied” to the highest possible level of satisfaction) by effectively handling pain-points; eliminating unnecessary communication, redundant or unnecessary processes; increasing acceptance of off-shoring; implemented improved status tracking, communications, and delivery protocols, and tracking knowledge base contributions.

• Achieved the company’s lowest abend rate in 20 years, closed open incidents in the least time since the tracking began (four years ago), and achieved 99.99% annual uptime.

Programmer/Analyst (April 2001 – February 2004)

• Service Order Project (Verizon): Provided maintenance and support of the following service order system applications: ICRIS/BOSS (inquiry and adjustments to customer billing in New York and New England), REDS (used to maintain a database containing customers with repetitive bad debt), RDOE (service order entry for New York customers), DPI/CBL (interfaces to address and credit validation services), TELSAM (used to maintain customer feedback information). Responsibilities included team management, requirements gathering, high-level design, and coordinating code deliver.

• MCL Cash Deposit (Marsh Canada Limited): Developed a web-based application for this Canadian insurance brokerage firm that enables cashiers and accounting teams in Argentina to deposit client payments to their bank via the www.Marsh.com portal (implemented in both Canada and Argentina). Responsibilities included high level design preparation, detail design review, coding and testing, and coordinating and monitoring the construction effort.

• GTEAMS Vision (GTE Data Services): Maintained the GTE Supply order entry system, developed numerous enhancements, and resolved issues to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the system. Responsibilities included high level design preparation, detail design review, coding and testing, coordination and monitoring of construction efforts.

• ReebokY2K (Reebok International Limited): Developed a detailed impact analysis and performed a Y2K remediation of Reebok’s CAMP system to prevent Y2K-related problems. Responsibilities included analysis of their DB2/VSAM databases and COBOL programs, external and internal sort analysis, implementation of changes to impacted programs and JCLs, report generation, and regression testing.

• REDMEAT (Monfort – Redmeat Division of ConAgra): Developed an application used to calculate the availability of “trim” based on products made in box-beef, provide sales with the ability to take orders for trim products based in availability, enable schedulers to reserve trim products, and allow schedulers to adjust availability from one product to another through the system. Responsibilities included detailed design, coding, testing, and review.

• FDRPILOT (First Data Corporation – Card Services Group): Contributed to the development of functionality that allowed the client to process multiple countries and calendars per cycle. Responsibilities included analysis, coding, code and group reviews, and unit testing.
