Kulska banka (full title: Kulska Banka a.d. Novi Sad) is a bank operating in Serbia. Its name derives from the town of Kula, in Vojvodina, where the bank was founded. Its headquarters has moved to Novi Sad in the years since.
In July 2006, Hungarian OTP Bank has agreed the purchase of 67% of Kulska banka's capital for €118.6 million. As of January 2007, OTP is in the process of merging Kulska banka with two of its other Serbian entities Zepter banka and Niška banka into a sigle financial institution.
