Kuliarchar is located at 24.1542° N 90.9000° E . It has 26143 units of house hold and total area 104.01 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^GRBangladeh, Kuliarchar has a population of 133327. Males constitute are 50.61% of the population, and females 49.39%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 67006.
