Kudamatsu (下松市; -shi) is a city in Yamaguchi, Japan. It is located at 33°59′34″N, 131°52′34″E.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 53,082 and the density of 594.02 persons per km². The total area is 89.36 km².

The city was founded on November 3, 1939.
