Kuća cveća

Kuća cveća (Serbian Cyrillic: Кућа цвећа; English: The House of Flowers), is the mausoleum of the leader of the former Yugoslavia, Josip Broz Tito, who died on May 4, 1980. It is located in Dedinje, Belgrade, Serbia. For almost a decade after the breakup of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia the entire complex (the tomb and the memorial museum), were closed to the public and the military guards were permanently removed.

However, today, especially on May 25 (Tito's official birth date) - the former Day of Youth under Communism - it is open to many tourists and people who wish to pay their respects, from all over the former Yugoslavia. The memorial was reportedly visited by more than three thousand people in 2005.
