KTZU "94.9 The Zoo" is one of two rock radio stations in Minot, North Dakota (licensed by the FCC to nearby Velva, ND), airing a classic rock format. The other rock station in Minot is Clear Channel's active rock station KZPR-FM 105.3 "The Fox". KTZU signed on in April 2005, and broadcasts The Bob and Tom Show during the mornings.
The Zoo's owner, Programmer's Broadcasting, also owns KWGO 102.9 (Adult Contemporary) in Minot, and KBTO 101.9 (Country) in Bottineau, ND.
