Kristin Krohn Devold (born in Ålesund, August 12, 1961) is a Norwegian politician. She is the former Norwegian Minister of Defence, a position she held from 2001 to 2005. She belongs to the Norwegian conservative party, Høyre. She is married and has two children.

Krohn Devold has a Master of Science Degree in Business from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), Bergen, 1985. She was elected Member of Parliament (Stortinget) 1993-97, 1997-2001, 2001-05, representing Oslo. She was mentioned as a possible candidate for the position of Secretary General of NATO after George Robertson, but eventually lost out to Jaap de Hoop Scheffer.

Mrs Krohn Devold has been much focused in media concerning her budget irregularities in the Norwegian Ministry of Defence amounting to more than NOK 1,0 billion that was interpreted like a type of corruption in media. The Norwegian Parliament started a case against her for state corruption, but it ended in he beginning. The Parliament decided to not go any further with the case. She was also very involved in the Iraq war and the war on terrorism where she sent Norwegian soldiers to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan.
