Kristen Stephens (b. Kristen Joan Elaine Ferris) was born in 1979 in New Brunswick Canada, The youngest of three girls.

Kristen began acting at the age of 5 and was in a few television comercials and some local low budget movies in Halifax Nova Scotia, including "Georgia's Island".

Kristen stoped acting at the age of 13, however found Radio at 21 and attended the Nova Scotia Community College Kingstec Campus in Kentville Nova Scotia where she majored in Radio.

Having worked at several radio stations in the marritimes, she currently works at 104fm EZ Rock (CJCJ) www.104ezrock.ca[1] in Woodstock New Brunswick as well as K93, 93.5 Grand Falls New Brunswick (CIKX)www.k93.ca [2]

In September of 2006 Kristen married Robert Stephens.
