Kremasta Sykias, also Kremasta Sikias (Greek: Κρεμαστά Συκιάς), is a small settlement (16 inhabitants) which belongs to the village Alevrada(municipality of Inachos) in the northwestern part of the prefecture named Aetolia and Acarnania. It is located near the Kremasta dam on the river Acheloos]]. The altitude is 450 meters .
