Kreisel

Kreisel (German for circle) is the name of a turn found on six bobsled, luge, and skeleton (sport) tracks around the world. This is a turn that moves the bobsled, luge, or skeleton around between 270 and 320 degrees around the circumference of the circle.

There are six Kreisels on the tracks shown below:

Austria Igls
Canada Calgary
Germany Altenberg
Königssee
Oberhof
Winterberg

Note: Oberhof is the only one that is not used for 4-Man Bobsled.
