Hi! Just as a rule of thumb, a good stub article needs to be more than just a single introductory sentence. The genereal rule is around eight sentences. Someone researching Nobby Beach already knows it's a Gold Coast suburb. :) It's best to keep the end user in mind and to add as much information as possible to an article before hitting the "save" button.
