KQQB-FM ("Live 104.5") is a Top 40/CHR radio station serving the Spokane, Washington radio market. KQQB's community of license is Newport, Washington (87,000 watts). KQQB also rebroadcasts in Spokane on a booster, KQQB-1 (4000 watts).
KQQB is owned and operated by Proactive Communications, which also owns and operates 70's Oldies formatted KAZZ which is in the same studio in downtown Spokane. KAZZ is known as Z-107.
At first, KQQB was one of two Rhythmic Contemporary outlets serving the Spokane area when it signed on in December 2005 (KEZE was the other). In December 2006 they reimaged themselves as "Live 104.5" and shifted away from their Rhythmic lean for a somewhat more mainstream direction.
